Individual Voluntary Arrangement / Bankruptcy

Depending on your specific circumstance, an IVA (Individual Voluntary Arrangement) may be a suitable solution. An IVA is a legal agreement between you and the people you owe money to (your creditors).

Most, but not all types of debt can be included in this agreement. A settlement is offered to your creditors which are paid either as a five-year payment plan (contribution IVA) or if possible, via a lump sum.
